Mehul Shah is an experienced business owner with over 18 years of retail and gas station experience. After securing a master's degree in mechanical engineering in 2000 from Bradley University in Peoria, IL, he decided to make a pivot into the gas station/c-store business.
Mehul bought his first gas station in Dickson, TN in 2004. Since then, he has been deeply involved in the business, constantly working to maintain top-of-the-line operations and facilities. As of January 2022, he has been involved in 50 different retail locations. Currently, he owns and operates 16 C-store/ gas stations in Missouri, Kansas, Wisconsin, and Minnesota.
An ongoing noteworthy project is Baldwin Travel Plaza & Liquor store, an 11,000+ sq ft. facility located directly off I-94 in Baldwin, WI. Mehul also has experience in purchasing packages from stores in Kansas, Minnesota, and Wisconsin.
Mehul expertly leverages the size and scale of his business to negotiate with oil companies and vendors to take advantage of the economics of long-term contracts, allowing him to expand his professional realm. He is a key partner of World Fuel Services, Inc.
Mehul's wife Bhaveshri has been involved in the business since 2014 as an office manager and vendor contract coordinator. Also, the accounts of the company fall under her field of work. Her back-office management allowed the company and her husband to remain focused on in-store operations and aggressive growth.

He also worked as the VP of a foreign bank in New York City for over 5 years and has handled documentary letters of credit and trade finance depts. During his tenure, he handled a combined business totalling over 20 billion USD. After 28 years as a banker, he started his own international trading company in NY and has exported over 100 million USD worth of goods and commodities to Asian countries.
With over 38 years of experience in multiple countries, Mr Jain has been involved in the international trading of various commodities including Sugar, Ferrous and Non-Ferrous Scrap, Coal and Petcoke, Petroleum products, Fertilizer products, Paper waste, Maize, Soybean, Sunflower, designer jewellery, precious stones, garments, different metals and paper scrap, oil & gas industries and much more.
